Opt in
How a resident opts in.
Importing a roster does not sign anyone up. The property manager chooses which methods that subdivision offers. Each resident opens a private link and checks the ones they want.
The manager can offer email, text, and a recorded phone call. The resident might see all three, two, or only one. The boxes start unchecked. The resident can check all of them, some of them, or one.
Privacy
DewWow LLC, 1231 S Rochester St, Suite L20, Mukwonago, WI 53149, runs DewAlert for the property manager of a subdivision.
The property manager imports the resident's name, house, street, email, and mobile number. DewAlert uses those only to send the notices that resident chose: email, text, a recorded phone call, or a combination. A manager's import is not permission to text or call.
A text opt-in stores the words next to the checkbox, the time, and that the resident saved this page. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to stop texts to that number in every subdivision on DewAlert. Reply HELP and the message is sent to the property managers. DewAlert does not text back.
DewAlert does not sell the list. Residents do not get a login.
Terms
DewAlert sends operational notices the property manager writes, such as a shutoff, a gate change, or a storm. It is not an emergency alarm, and it is not an official association notice under Florida law.
Message frequency varies. Messages are not marketing. Message and data rates may apply to texts. A phone notice is one recorded call. If nobody answers, voicemail can keep the same recording.
The resident can change these choices later on the same private page. Leaving every box unchecked means no notice is sent. Checking a box is not required to stay on the property manager's list.
